If Pro isn't what you hoped, email qmoalosi@gmail.com from your subscription email within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund that first month in full, no questions asked. The refund goes back to your original payment method via Stripe (typically 5–10 business days), and your account returns to the free plan.
Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month and you keep Pro access until then — after that your account drops to the free plan, and your content and compliance history stay put.
One email is all it takes: send it to qmoalosi@gmail.com from the address you purchased with, and include the word "refund". We confirm within 2 business days.
Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have (for example under the Australian Consumer Law or UK consumer law).
